We will make every attempt to make your ordered item(s) out of the fabric which you have chosen online.  Occasionally, we may run out of that fabric before your order is actually processed.  If that happens, we will notify you with another comparable choice of fabric.  You can either accept that or cancel your order. 

If you order more than once, you will find that our fabric choices will change periodically.  This is so that each person will have an opportunity to have clothing that is a little different from everyone else.

Cancelling or change an order

We begin processing your order immediately;  therefore, there is only a short window in making changes or cancelling your order.   If you need to cancel or change your order, please call customer service at 770-676-5681 as soon as possible.  Leave a message if you get a voicemail.  You may also contact us by email at janetw@snappystitch.com.  We will get back to you within a short period of time. 


No Stress Policy
If you are not happy with your Snappy Stitch clothing, please feel free to return it with your original packing slip.  Your item(s) must be returned with a postmark within 3 days of receipt and you must use a method that can be tracked.   We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price less shipping and handling for all new non-worn products.  Your refund will be credited back to the original card used.
